Great piece of kit

I had a heavily leaking tap in my garage that we use to wash the cars. Bought the tap connector and the jawgrip hose connector pack, along with a new garden hose, and the problem has been fixed - no leaks! I was sceptical and the hose was a bit difficult to twist onto the connector but overall, I am very happy with the end result. The fittings feel very secure and have cleaned four cars with no leaks. I will be ordering more for the back garden.

Just didn’t secure the connection between my hoselock hose & gun.

The support team were excellent in trying to help find a solution before offering an immediate refund.

Ultimately, if the hose is ribbed, the clamping action may not work and this was the case, causing the new jawgrip connector to leak.

So disappointing, given this was 100% standard kit - from one of the biggest garden brand & most popular manufacturers.

So if you have a grey hoselock hose, with stripped-yellow ribes, you may also be disappointed.

After struggling with leaky connections, this no-flow jawgrip connector is definitely a no leak connection. Great design and quality.

Great product easy to fit and is so much better than the other ways to join hose as there's no need for push in connectors

It doesn’t pop off .Thats for sure but I’m still getting water leaking back through the clamp.
I’m going to refix and try cutting a fresh end of the hose .

Absolutely useless

Bought 2 connectors, normal and stop. On connecting to tap both leaked.Emailed customer support who responded quickly with some solutions.
Having tried all the suggestions and only using the standard connector on the tap as advised the hose still leaked. As I wanted to use this with a timer and thought it would be safer as the supply would be turned on permanently having the slightest leak was not acceptable. I have gone back to using my previous connector and am using the 2 connectors at the accessory end where a small leak is not as critical.
Overall disappointed

I bought this connector on the advice of Qwickhose customer services after having difficulty fitting the nozzle i had already bought. Other connectors I have had have a ring of small teeth to hold the nozzle in place and I have found that these break causing the nozzle to leak. I hope the JawGrip connector will be more robust. It certainly appears to be. So far it is excellent.

The best I’ve found. I wouldn’t buy anything else. Not one of my purchases has had a problem. It’s even worth the money.

I found it quite difficult to get the hose pipe onto the connecter and even had to ease it back a bit as the jaws wouldn’t close.
It certainly hasn’t popped off but there is a constant small drip from the connector, but not sure why.
Its good to feel confident that the hose is not going to pop off!

Great. No drips

I think the concept idea of you couplings are very logical but when I connected my Spray Gun your connector leaks under pressure!
Therefore I am not over impressed
