12-Month Manufacturing Guarantee

We want you to buy with the same confidence we have in what we make. That’s why all Qwickhose products are backed by a 12-month manufacturing guarantee against faults in materials or workmanship. This reflects the confidence we have in what we make.

This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from qwickhose.co.uk, by the original purchaser, and is non-transferable.

Duration

Your product is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

What's covered

If your product develops a fault due to a defect in materials or manufacture under normal, intended use, we will replace it. Please report the issue within 30 days of it first occurring.

If we need to inspect the item, we may ask you to return it. If confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you, including return postage.

What isn't covered

This guarantee does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidental impact
• Use beyond normal domestic garden watering
• Damage from frost, freezing, or extreme weather
• Wear to perishable parts such as O-rings or washers
• Products modified or repaired by anyone not authorised by Qwickhose

• Commercial or trade use, unless agreed in writing

Replacements

Where an identical product is unavailable, we'll offer the closest equivalent. Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original 12-month period.

Where a replacement isn't suitable or available, we may offer a refund to the original payment method at our discretion.

This shall constitute our sole obligation under this guarantee.

How to claim

Email hello@qwickhose.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos or a short video.

No fault claim

If a claim is made under the guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture Qwickhose Ltd reserve the right to charge the customer for any replacement parts.


Benefit transfer

The benefit of the guarantee cannot be transferred to a third party and does not apply to products acquired second hand.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them.
