OVERVIEW
We are sure you’ll be happy with your Qwickhose purchase however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our delivery and returns policy.

DELIVERY
Qwickhose orders will posted using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Royal Mail state the delivery time for this service is 2-3 working days from date of dispatch to them.
Orders placed on Monday-Thursday | Will be dispatched the next working day (please be advised this may not always be the case).
Orders placed on Friday | We always aim to dispatch on Saturday but in some cases they may be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday | We always aim to dispatch on Monday, or at the latest Tuesday.
A delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been placed, please check you have entered the correct address especially when using autofill. Qwickhose are not responsible for any orders delivered to the incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
We will provide tracking details via email for your order after dispatch or you can track your order HERE.
*Public holidays will disrupt this process. Order dispatching and delivery will likely be delayed in these periods*
RETURNS
Our refund and returns policy lasts thirty (30) days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Qwickhose offer free returns if you are unsatisfied with your order, and we have not been able to rectify any issues you’ve had. You will need to require Return Authorisation from customer services for this to apply (please see returns process below).
Our refund and returns policy is applicable only to purchases from qwickhose.co.uk. If you purchased your Qwickhose product(s) from a third party please contact the vendor you purchased from to arrange a return/refund in accordance with their refund and returns policy.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer support at hello@qwickhose.co.uk and provide proof of purchase to obtain Return Authorisation (RA). After receiving RA, place the item securely in its original packaging. Inside include your proof of purchase (if not provided already), name and original order number.
Customer support will provide you with a returns label to stick on the outside of your package. These labels are valid for 7 days from when they have been sent to you and must be dropped at a post office branch within this time frame.

If you do not notify us about your return and do not receive return authorisation from customer support OR the returns label provided has lapsed its 7-day validity period you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
If you do not notify us about your return and/or do not receive return authorisation you MUST include proof of purchase from www.qwickhose.co.uk in your return otherwise we will be unable to find and refund your order.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund according to your original method of payment. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@qwickhose.co.uk.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to arrange an exchange for the same item, send us an email at hello@qwickhose.co.uk.
